Post charges are set at Checkout. There is a choice between an artwork being sent in a cardboard tube or kept flat in strong cardboard. Artworks larger than 20x16” can only be sent in a tube.
Original artworks and Giclée Prints are sent by Tracked Post.
*PLEASE NOTE: Some original artworks may be framed and for sale in a gallery. These will be identifiable on the Quick View of each image. These artworks may be purchased in the frames; please ask for details and prices.

Delivery should be between 2-7 business days from time of posting but please allow for 10 business days to allow for unexpected delays.

All customs fees and charges are payable by the customer/recipient, please check your country's fees, rules and restrictions before you buy.
While I shall ensure that all customs charges and conditions have been met, I can not be responsible for customs standards in other countries. If I am concerned by any potential delays or loss before dispatch, I shall communicate clearly with you, the buyer, before shipping.
LOSS & DAMAGE
Although it very rarely happens; If loss/damage should occur during shipment, I will do everything I can to help locate & resolve the situation. I ask that you report damage within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide me with photos so that I may make a claim with my shipper and replace/refund your order for you. If your order is lost I will replace or refund in full.
Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect:
If your order is damaged/ incorrect/ faulty then I ask that you report damage within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide me with photos, then upon our agreement return the item to me via standard rate shipping (please obtain a proof of shipping & receipt for your records). I will then replace/refund your order and your return shipping costs.
Orders that have been cut/altered/damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for return/refund/exchange.
Personalised & Custom orders:
They are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged (unless faulty).
